Staff Profiles

Paul Royer began his insurance career with Advantage Insurance in 2001. He serves his clients in personal, commercial, life and health insurance. His interests include bicycling, hiking, boating, hunting, baseball and motorcycling. He enjoys spending time with his wife and his son.

Originally, a native San Diegian, Jena said goodbye to the crowds and the congestion, and moved to a home on two peaceful acres just outside of Cottage Grove. She has over twenty-four years experience in customer service, the last fifteen years in the property management field. Jena is married with one daughter. She enjoys traveling, working in the yard, antique shopping and spending time with her husband.

Marie's been employed with Advantage Insurance since 1995, but has been involved in the insurance business alongside her husband for many years. With her extensive bookkeeping experience, her primarily task is accounting, but she also manages many aspects of the office and employees, including building and overseeing the website. Her interests include photography, cooking, travel, and her family. She is married with four children, two grandchildren and two dogs. In her spare time she also collects vintage Barbie dolls and manages her Barbie web site.

Keith Royer joined Advantage Insurance Corp. as a partner in 1995, and became Owner and President in 1996. He has over thirty years experience in the insurance industry. His career began as an insurance agent in Eugene in 1981, and he has been serving Lane County ever since. His interests include tennis, boating, and travel. He is married with four children, and two grandchildren.

Eric has been an agent with Advantage Insurance since 2005. He is Keith's son and has lived in Eugene most of his life. He provides both personal and commercial insurance, specializing in insuring restaurants, retail stores, and contractors. Eric holds a bachelor degree from Messenger College in Joplin Missouri and is currently taking Spanish courses at Lane Community College. In his spare time, Eric enjoys volunteering with the Boy Scouts and his church, reading, bicycling, hiking, and spending time with his wife.
