Paul Royer began his insurance career with Advantage Insurance in 2001. He serves his clients in personal, commercial, life and health insurance. His interests include bicycling, hiking, boating, hunting, baseball and motorcycling. He enjoys spending time with his wife and his son.
Jena Wilson, Customer Service
Originally, a native San Diegian, Jena said goodbye to the crowds and the congestion, and moved to a home on two peaceful acres just outside of Cottage Grove. She has over twenty-four years experience in customer service, the last fifteen years in the property management field. Jena is married with one daughter. She enjoys traveling, working in the yard, antique shopping and spending time with her husband.

Marie Royer, Accounting
Marie has been with Advantage Insurance since 1995, but has been involved in the insurance business along side her husband for many years. With her extensive bookkeeping experience, her primarily task is accounting, but she also helps manages the office and is our web master. Her interests include photography, tennis, travel, and her family. She is married with three children, two grandchildren and two dogs.
Keith Royer joined Advantage Insurance Corp. as a partner in 1995, and became Owner and President in 1996. He has over twenty-nine years experience in the insurance industry. His career began as an insurance agent in Eugene, in 1981, and he has been serving the Lane County ever since. His interests include tennis, boating, and travel. He is married with two daughters, one son, and two grandchildren.

Eric has been an agent for Advantage Insurance since 2005. He is Keith's son, and has lived in Eugene most of his life. Eric holds a bachelors degree from Messenger College in Joplin Missouri and is a board member of the Lane County Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition to his professional work, Eric is also a Unit Commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America and a Sunday School teacher at Cascade Presbyterian Church. In his spare time, he enjoys bicycling, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife Julia.
