In December, 1994 Camping Cuisine was published. Close to 5000 copies of this RV/camping cookbook were sold in most of the major bookstores throughout the United States.
In 2009, I completed my 16 year long project for my family.
This book has over 400 pages of family history including my thoughts, memories
and journaling There are also over 100 pages of full cover photos throughout the book.
In 2010, Seasoned with love was completed. It is a cookbook filled with my favorite recipes as well as recipes my family and friends have shared with me over the last 30 years. This book will not be mass produced or sold in bookstores.
